  • Easy entry with a code and nickname, without a complicated account process.
  • Official GPX before departure: each participant imports, saves and activates it on their device. Event does not send or activate it automatically.

  • Immediate safety announcements with voice, a large banner and a marker at the actual hazard location.
  • Fall detection and ASSIST coordination inside Event, with clear delivery state where supported.

From the organizer to the navigation screen

Blocked road, swollen river, obstacle, accident or a new detour: the organizer can send a short, specific instruction without being physically present at the point.

The announcement is stored in Event, reports how many devices received it and can be cancelled if conditions change.

The organizer creates an announcement only after stopping safely.

How a VUNO Event is set up

Before the Event

The organizer provides the name, date, area, expected number of riders, contact details and information about sweeper or support.

GPX and roles

The organizer distributes the official GPX, while Event provides separate participant, organizer and sweeper codes. Each participant imports and activates the GPX on their device.

Live operation

With the app open, GPS active and a connection available, riders update their position and receive active Event information.

Want your next Event to run with VUNO?

Contact us ideally at least five days in advance. Include the Event name, date, area, expected riders and organizer details.

Important: VUNO is a navigation and coordination tool — not a monitoring or rescue service. Live features depend on an open app, GPS, connectivity and a compatible version. Each rider enables fall detection voluntarily. In a real emergency, contact 112 or local rescue services immediately.
The organizer remains responsible for the route, participant information, permits, local rules, safety and the overall organization. Available features may vary by app version and Event configuration.
